Our April meeting in the TR area had a new stalwart and the ‘I’ll be there’ stalwarts minus one. Topics included a review of the Teen request included in the Kiwanis grant; getting more specific with the Teen Mystery Nigh Kick-off details; a reminder about the TAG blog initiation totally taken in hand by K & K Meiss; and some great suggestions….thanks JB for being positive about working on a teen web page for the library. Everyone went home with an assignment for our next meeting, May 17th. What to do to start a committed Teen Advisory Group? Start with people like these and just keep the positive forward movement. Again, I say that involvement is a choice and thank you many times over for giving your time to this initiative. Onward and Upward or is it Forward and Farther? I can never remember….C.S. Lewis here I come.
